This form is used by the Manor Homes and Duplexes to provide services as determined by the HOA declaration. Please complete the form and Send the form to:

The Board will review the request, contact service providers for estimates, and keep you informed of the process as it proceeds.

Exterior Modification Requests

Any exterior modifications to your home/yard must have the approval of the Board before proceeding.

Please send modification requests to Jill Tazbier at jilltazbier@gmail.com. The Board will review your requests, communicate any concerns, and approve projects according to the HOA Declaration. The Board does its best to respond in a timely manner.
