This form is used by the Manor Homes and Duplexes to provide services as determined by the HOA declaration. Please complete the form and Send the form to: bwelkergrhoa@gmail.com
The Board will review the request, contact service providers for estimates, and keep you informed of the process as it proceeds.

Exterior Modification Requests

Any exterior modifications to your home/yard must have the approval of the Board before proceeding.

. The Board will review your requests, communicate any concerns, and approve projects according to the HOA Declaration. The Board does its best to respond in a timely manner.
